Privacy Policy
Introduction
This page says what this website collects and what we do with it. It covers the site only. How we handle a child's or teen's clinical record is set out on our consent and privacy page and explained at the first visit.
What this site collects
When you send the contact form we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you type, and the contact method and time you choose. The form asks for no health details, and we ask you not to send any. Like most websites, our host records basic technical data, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site running.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply to you and to arrange a first session. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not add tools to this site that follow what you do on it.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the people who help us run this site and answer your message, and only as the law allows.
Children and teens
This site is for parents, caregivers and teens. Please do not send details about a child's health through the form. We ask for those on a phone call, and on our own client portal after you have decided to book.
Records
We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete a message you sent through this site. Write to us using the contact page, or call the number in the footer.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The date of the latest change appears at the foot of this page.
